Governix products are digital and usually delivered immediately after verified payment.

Digital Product Nature

Because products are digital documents, cancellation is generally not available once access has been successfully issued.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payment, technical delivery failure after successful payment, or objectively incorrect product fulfilment.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds are usually not available for change-of-mind requests, subjective dissatisfaction without delivery defect, or purchases made without reviewing product scope.

How To Raise a Request

Email contact@governixcore.com with order reference, purchase email, transaction date/time, and a concise issue description.

Review Standard

Each request is reviewed using payment evidence, delivery logs, and purchased product scope.

Response Timeline

Target acknowledgement is within 3 business days and target resolution is within 15 business days after complete information is received.

Approved Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment channel wherever possible, subject to provider processing timelines.

Abuse Control

Governix may decline refund requests in cases of suspected misuse, fraud indicators, or policy abuse.
