Delivery & Access

This page explains how Governix digital products are delivered and how access is maintained.

Product Format

Governix products are delivered as digital PDF document bundles.

Access Model

Access is delivered through product-specific access pages after successful payment verification. No account login is required in the current delivery model.

Delivery Route

Each ready level, domain pack, or bundle routes through checkout and then returns to an access page that lists only the PDFs included in that purchase.

Delivery Timing

Automated delivery is intended to occur immediately or near-immediately after payment confirmation. Unreleased products remain unavailable for automated fulfilment.

Incorrect or Missing Delivery

If access does not appear correctly, contact contact@governixcore.com with order details so fulfilment can be investigated.

Access Scope

Access is limited to the specific product purchased, whether that is a free paper, a foundation bundle, a domain bundle, a collection, or a team license.

Access Link Validity

Paid access links are time-limited for security reasons. If your link expires, contact support with purchase details for controlled reissue support.

Support Escalation

Standard acknowledgement target is 3 business days and standard resolution target is 15 business days after complete details are provided.
