Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Governix systems.

Analytics tools are loaded only after user consent. You can reject analytics tracking and continue to use core website functions.
Third-Party Processors
Governix relies on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, content delivery, and payment operations. Data shared with processors is limited to service necessity.
Retention
Order, tax, and support records are retained only for operational, legal, and accounting requirements, then archived or deleted according to internal retention controls.

For data access, correction, or deletion requests, email contact@governixcore.com with the subject line "Governix Privacy Request" and relevant identity/order details.
Grievance Contact
Privacy and grievance requests are handled via contact@governixcore.com. Standard acknowledgement target is 3 business days with a resolution target of 15 business days.
Cross-Border Processing
Website infrastructure may involve processing in more than one jurisdiction depending on service-provider architecture and traffic routing.
